S3E1 Barbara J. Hunt

In our first episode of Season Three, we meet author, coach, retreat leader, and forgiveness enthusiast Barbara J Hunt. Her first book – “Forgiveness Made Easy” is designed to chart a path towards living without resentment. In her coaching and retreat work, Barbara helps people transform their relationships and reap mental and emotional benefits of forgiving both others and ourselves. As a new feature for this season, we’re showcasing some of Somerset’s musical talent, with tracks from local acts in each podcast.
